They work closely with the principal investigators and senior researchers of the University, providing essential technical expertise and support to various research projects. On the other hand, research scholars are graduate students pursuing their Ph.Ds. seeking specialized training in genomics. As aspiring scientists, research scholars actively engage in independent research under the guidance of experienced mentors, carrying out experiments, generating novel findings, and presenting their work at scientific conferences.
